How to Use Subliminal Prime
For optimal results, listen to your chosen program for a minimum of 20–30 minutes daily. The audio can be played at a low volume in the background while you work, exercise, commute, or fall asleep — no focused attention is required.
We recommend choosing the Rainfall version for sleep and deep relaxation, and the Soft Music version for daytime use during cognitive work. Both versions contain identical subliminal content — the choice is purely about your environment and preference.
